Chancellor Block joins La Kretz Garden Pavilion ribbon cutting
Civic EngagementChancellor Block joined the campus community to inaugurate the new La Kretz Garden Pavilion.
The pavilion will serve as the welcome center to the Mildred E. Mathias Botanical Garden, and was generously funded by longtime philanthropist Morton La Kretz (’48), center.
At the ribbon cutting, Chancellor Block thanked Morton La Kretz for his support of UCLA Life Sciences and for his commitment to ensuring the botanical garden remains a cherished resource for our campus and our community.
